Black Creek Group’s Tracy Distribution Centers campus is comprised of five newly built and proposed Class A industrial buildings, that when completed, will account for approximately 2.5 MSF of “State of the Art” ecommerce, advanced manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Strategically located in Tracy, the Tracy Distribution Centers will offer users access to over 7 million people in a 60 mile radius. The park boasts immediate access to critical transportation corridors serving the SF Bay Area, California, and the Western US including I-205, I-5, HWY 99, and HWY 120. Additionally, the campus offers close proximity to the Port of Oakland (+/- 54 miles East), the Port of Stockton (+/- 14 miles South), and the UP and BNSF Intermodals.
